Upon selecting certain Item Types, PDEvidence will display additional fields relevant to that item type to ensure all required information is collected.  PDEvidence can then automatically generate an item description for you based on the information you provided.  Click the "Generate Description" link for PDEvidence to create the item description.  You can edit this decscription as needed.
